Yes, Prom Boutique is an appointment based service. You can book your appointment online at a time convienent to you, try on multiple dresses and styles and explore what fits your perfectly. - Under 18 years old, must be accompanied by an adult, - Two dress seekers can attend one appoinment, - Maximum four people at one appointment, - Appointments are one hour in total, - Free on street parking of 60 minutes.

Our service is all about getting the perfect dress for you. So once you've chosen the right style, colour and in the right size, we then order the dress. This usually takes three months to arrive. Our policy is, 50% deposit on placing the order and 50% final payment once the dress has arrived. We do on occassion have stock in the boutique, which you can purchase that day; please ask us ahead of time if you are looking to take something away that day.

We pride ourselves on ensuring exclusivity for our customers. We have a strict policy that guarantees no two girls from the same school will have the same coloured dress in that style. Once you purchase a dress, we track your school and ensure that no one else from your school will be able to buy that same dress colour, allowing you to stand out and feel unique on your special night.

Due to the special nature of prom dresses and the occasion they’re purchased for, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once a dress has been bought, except in cases of a manufacturer fault discovered before the dress has been worn. We carefully inspect all dresses prior to sale to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. If you do find a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately, and we’ll be happy to assist in resolving the matter. This policy helps maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our collection, ensuring each customer has a perfect and unique experience.

When you purchase your dress, we’ll be happy to recommend one of our trusted alteration specialists to ensure your dress fits you flawlessly.

All our dresses are evening wear and suitable for prom, black tie and special occasion events. We have a wide range of styles from fitted satins to princess ballgowns in many colours.

We do offer a payment plan to customers. When making your booking let us know and we can make sure we have time to discuss options.
